Framing Photojournalism School hosted an open debate for each Bilind Tahir and Faris Saadi under the topic of “Double exposure between yesterday and technology era”.

The open debate took place in Erbil on 26^th of may 2019, with the presence of a number of photographers, this event was one of the Ramadan events.
