On Monday 10^th of Feb 2020 Framing School in cooperation with Canadian consulate and SEED organization, a number of activities were held about women and their Rights, Diplomats and consulate generals of foreign countries were present in Kurdistan Region and KRG officials and directorates with social activists also participated in the event with their presence.

 

In the event a panel was held for Sherry Talabani  head of SEED organization, Kurda Omer director of elimination against women Directorate and women rights activists, that focused on the topic of women rights and social, legal and economical challenges that face women in society.

 

Meanwhile a memorial room was prepared for those women and girls that passed away in 2019, number of deceased’s were 120 persons.

 

And also an photo exhibition was in display by Hana Noori that showed portraits of those officers that work in elimination against women directorate.

 

The memorial and the exhibition was held for a month.
